Brookfarm we believe it is not enough to produce healthy nutritious food, the customers have to taste the difference. People with gluten intolerance often have a limited choice of foods, Brookfarms mission was to create a Gluten Free Muesli that was full of flavour and didn’t taste like cardboard. Pam Brook, the creator of Brookfarm’s Gluten Free Muesli, took over 12 months to source the high quality ingredients, create and refine the recipes.
Gluten Free Macadamia Muesli with Apricots and Apples
The Muesli is gently blended with an unprocessed bush honey that is full of flavour and not too sweet. Oven toasted to bring out the flavours of 17 ingredients including buckwheat, brown rice, amaranth, sunflower and pumpkin kernels and delicious macadamias. We source our naturally dried currants and sultanas from the Barossa Valley, our apricots from the Murrumbidgee and our apple from Tasmania, the quality macadamia nuts come from Brookfarm in the Byron Bay hinterland.
Buckwheat, rice bran, honey, puffed brown rice, macadamia nuts (7%), macadamia oil, sunflower seeds, soy flour, pumpkin kernels, coconut, natural sultanas, currants, fruit [apricots, apple, humectant (vegetable glycerine-422), preservative (sulphur dioxide-220)] puffed buckwheat, amaranth, prune juice, spices.
We proudly use all Australian ingredients – only if an Australian ingredient is unavailable will an imported product be used.
